Yes!  As much as we hate to admit it, iMingle.ca – Free Online Dating for Canada and the United States has closed its doors.  iMingle will no longer operate as a free online dating site, and has now started its transition to dating and relationship blog.

iMingle.ca – Free Online Dating operated for more than 18 months as a free online dating site, initially offering members from around the world a place to call home.  After pouring hours and hours into promotion, advertising and partnerships, it became obvious that iMingle.ca – Free Online Dating could no longer operate and compete with the larger, more established online dating sites.  The online dating niche is extremely competitive and filled with companies that have major financial and human resources, as well as an extremely large user base.  It was nearly impossible to compete.

With only several hundred members in its online dating community, iMingle.ca – Free Online Dating could not generate the revenue nore the leverage to compete.  The owners of iMingle - Free Online Dating have decided to refocus efforts to establishing an information site, dedicated to providing information to supplement the world of dating, relationships and marriage.
